Below is an opportunity to support TEBI, LBT, and the entire Lowndesboro community by donating to cover installation costs for the solar panels.

TEBI reached out to Little Bob Technologies to organize this solar project which will be used to power the Lowndesboro Schoolhouse, a 150+ year-old structure built by formerly enslaved people in the reconstruction era south.
Through the 1960’s it was used to educate colored children who lived in Lowndesboro, and is now under the ownership of TEBI, who plans to turn this piece of living history into a community educational facility, and historic landmark.
This project will see the school be renovated and outfitted with modern technology, such as computers for public use.
